Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not refund Media Boxes purchased for incompatible vehicles or vehicles that do not have factory Wired Apple CarPlay. Please confirm your vehicle's Apple CarPlay function before purchasing and check the vehicle compatibility list in the product description. If you are not sure if your vehicle is compatible, click the Chat With Us Button on the bottom right hand side of our website or email Sales@streamtoyourcar.com and we will confirm compatibility before you order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. Products returned after 30 days or returns that are damaged or scratched up will not be accepted and will be discarded. All original packaging must be included and not damaged either. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges & shipping insurance is not refundable.
If you purchase our media box and your car is on our compatibility list and for some reason it does not work with your vehicle, our engineers will work with you to try and find the solution. If our engineers are not able to come up with a solution then you (the customer) can return the media box.
All Returns have a 10% restocking fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@streamtoyourcar.com Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not provide shipping labels and we will deduct import tax from the refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
This is an aftermarket product and the customer takes on the responsibility for issues with their own vehicle. You as the customer assume the responsibility of connecting an aftermarket device to your own vehicle. Check with your dealership before installing. Only use this product while the car is parked. Operating a vehicle while playing videos is not safe and also not legal. Check your local laws.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty Policy
All Elite Car Box devices include a limited one-year warranty that covers manufacturer defects only.
This warranty applies solely to defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use and in accordance with the product’s operating instructions. Only 1 warranty claim per product is eligble.

Apps not working within the device. We do not control or maintain third-party apps and cannot guarantee continued compatibility if an app developer releases an update

Devices that suddenly stop working due to factors outside our control (for example, certain vehicle manufacturers push remote software updates that can affect third-party device performance which is out of our control)

Devices that have already been replaced under warranty

Any physical damage, water damage, or signs of tampering or modification
Proper Usage Requirement
All instructional materials including the printed documentation inside the box, the setup video, and the instructions tab on our website clearly state that the Elite Car Box must be unplugged every time you turn off your vehicle.
Leaving the device plugged in continuously, regardless of whether your USB ports power down automatically, is considered misuse and voids the one-year warranty.
High and low temperature exposure can permanently damage electronic components.
If it is 90–95°F outside, the interior of a parked vehicle can exceed 115–120°F.
In cold conditions, internal condensation can occur when the device is left plugged in overnight.
For this reason, devices must always be unplugged when not in use and only connected when you plan to operate the product.
All devices contain runtime logs that record usage patterns.
Any device submitted for warranty repair or replacement that shows continuous power connection or misuse will be deemed ineligible for warranty coverage and discarded without replacement.
