Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not refund Media Boxes purchased for incompatible vehicles or vehicles that do not have factory Apple CarPlay. Please confirm your vehicle's Apple CarPlay function before purchasing and check the vehicle compatibility list in the product description. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you purchase our media box and your car is on our compatibility list and for some reason it does not work with your vehicle, our engineers will work with you to try and find the solution. If our engineers are not able to come up with a solution then you (the customer) can return the media box.
All Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not provide shipping labels and we will deduct import tax from the refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
This is an aftermarket product and the customer takes on the responsibility for issues with their own vehicle. You as the customer assume the responsibility of connecting an aftermarket device to your own vehicle. Check with your dealership before installing. Only use this product while the car is parked. Operating a vehicle while playing videos is not safe and also not legal. Check your local laws.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
