This isn't only specific to our elite car box and most vendors DO NOT warn customers because they simply don't care what happens after the 30 day return policy is up. This is just common sense when it comes to a small computer running in your vehicle. You wouldn't leave your laptop plugged in 24/7 inside your vehicle would you? Your vehicle is exposed to hot and cold temperatures.
This applies even if your usb ports turn off when you turn off the car.

I love it. I upgraded my phone plan to have unlimited data and hot spot with no throttled down speeds and I’m watching YouTube TV, Netflix, you name it with no issues, like I was watching tv at home. Just got a 17” monitor to hook up to it via mini hdmi for the kids in the back seat.

I recently traded my 23 Tahoe for a 26, and I still had my Elite Carbox 3.0, and it did not work. I was very upset, because I had a road trip coming up and wanted it for my kids. I emailed support and they advised me that I would need to upgrade to the 4.0 box because of the software and how the 26 vehicles require in a nutshell more power. They were offering customers a discount for needing to upgrade. Well, when I reached out the discount was already expired, but I explained why I needed it and the rep reopened the discount for me. I really appreciated that. It was even sent priority so that it would get to me in time for my roadtrip, but I still didn't get in time because UPS played games with the package and took their good old time. Anyways, the 4.0 box works great. It looks amazing on the large screen, and I highly recommend getting one.
Elite Car Box 4.0 is easy to setup and use. I watched the YouTube video and had no problems. It works great and has a great picture.

I've been using the Elite Car Box 4.0 in my 2023 GMC Sierra for about 3 weeks now. It's awesome! It's basically like having a cell phone with a huge screen in your truck. I love the split screen function where I can watch videos and run Google Maps at the same time. The shipping was fast and the Elite Car Box does exactly what it says it will. Also, it's somewhat less expensive than the other popular car box and it's got the better hardware.

This is really cool. I now have a mini surround sound theater in my new truck. I was able to add my live tv app through the downloader app. I can now watch live NFL in my truck! Watch the tricks video it’s worth it. I use it in the android mode to get the entire screen. The family is going to be stoked to watch Netflix while we are traveling. I have really enjoyed my experience with the Elite Car Box 4.0. I have used it to view YouTube videos while my wife is shopping as well as utilizing Google Maps for navigation. I use Apple Maps but it is nice having the option for another version. Thank you for creating the access.

It works great and the picture is so clear. It automatically connects to my hot spot with no problems. I mostly ride around watching youtube or watching wwe raw live on Netflix.
Works phenomenally on my 2025 Toyota 4Runner. Easy Plug and Play with no noticeable buffering while connected to my cellphone hotspot. Have streamed YouTube, YouTube TV, Netflix, and HBO Max so far. Worth every penny!

2025 Ram Rebel. Works flawlessly. Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon video, and my favorite ESPN. Received 4 days ago and have had no issues playing any videos from these streaming apps . . and more. This thing runs quick, and best of all no lag between voice and video. Besides my new truck, this is my favorite Christmas gift.

This thing is awesome. I purchased it mainly so that I could have streaming to the two screens in the backseat. I purchased a magic box 2.0. Returned it. Purchased the 3.0. Also, we returned it. The operating system is so user-friendly On the elite 4.0. It is so quick with very little lag. And your price point is so much better too. Such a superior product to anything else out there on the market. My only complaint. You need better advertising. You have a better product. Let people know it.
